New Smart Flower Installed at Springfield College

First of its kind installed in Springfield, Mass.

Our team installed a Smart Flower on Springfield College's campus. According to springfieldcollege.edu, the Smart Flower is an intelligent solar energy system that automatically unfolds each morning to capture sunlight and closes at sunset. Throughout the day, it continuously tracks the sun's movement, allowing it to generate significantly more energy than conventional fixed solar panels. Not only does the Smart Flower look like a work of art, it's an incredible piece of equipment that will generate approximately 80 percent of the electricity needed to power the Health Sciences Center at Springfield College.
