Erica is an estimator and project manager.

Erica is an estimator and project manager for the Service Department at M.L. Schmitt, Inc. Prior to earning her electrical license, she earned her psychology and sociology degrees from the University of Massachusetts and was a member of the Field Hockey team.

Erica has extensive experience from historical rehab projects to large-scale commercial projects including college campuses, schools, offices, hospitals and residential properties. She also has experience working in service departments, troubleshooting, FA installations, and DOC/Data infrastructure.
