Kyle Bousquet
Kyle has been at M.L. Schmitt since 2005.
Kyle Bousquet knows M. L. Schmitt from the ground up. He joined the company in 2005 as an apprentice electrician, completed his apprenticeship, and earned his Massachusetts Journeyman License in 2011. From there he advanced to foreman, estimator, before moving into his current role as Vice President of Sales.
That hands-on background shapes how Kyle approaches every bid. He has worked across a wide range of systems, including piping systems, lighting controls, and fire alarm systems. Having served on many of the company’s larger construction projects, he now plays a central role in pricing and pursuing M. L. Schmitt’s most complex construction-division work, so clients get estimates grounded in real installation experience.

Kyle lives in Enfield, Connecticut, with his wife, Heather, daughter, Nora, and dog Bailey. He’s a devoted Boston sports fan and plays in local hockey and golf leagues.
